1. Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate statutory and management accounts.
2. Oversee accounts receivables, treasury functions, and monthly account closures.
3. Provide financial reporting to parent companies and address local tax issues.
4. Implement and monitor corporate financial procedures.
5. Prepare and control yearly budgets, revised budgets, and long-term financial plans.
6. Conduct margin analysis and recommend corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
7. Evaluate investment feasibility and oversee boutique project controls.
8. Manage marketing expenditures through value-analysis and control.
9. Ensure overall business plan control and propose corrective actions as necessary.
10. Conduct enterprise risk assessments and internal audits.
11. Define and execute procurement strategies in collaboration with Watches and Jewelry Japan.
12. Provide legal advisory and compliance oversight, including contract management and regulatory compliance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; Master's preferred.
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in retail management and boutique operations.
3. Prior experience with an international company is essential.

1. Proficiency in IFRS and accounting principles.
2. Expertise in budgeting and reporting techniques.
3. Advanced skills in IT applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP; Anaplan is a plus.
4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle unpredictable tasks.
6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong business awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.

A minimum of 10 years in relevant roles, including exposure to retail management and boutique operations, with mandatory experience in an international company.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; Master's preferred.
