- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate statutory and management accounts.
- Oversee accounts receivables, treasury functions, and monthly account closures.
- Provide financial reporting to parent companies and address local tax issues.
- Implement and monitor corporate financial procedures.
- Prepare and control yearly budgets, revised budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct margin analysis and recommend corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
- Evaluate investment feasibility and oversee boutique project controls.
- Manage marketing expenditures through value-analysis and control.
- Ensure overall business plan control and propose corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments and internal audits.
- Define and execute procurement strategies in collaboration with Watches and Jewelry Japan.
- Provide legal advisory and compliance oversight, including contract management and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; Master's preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in retail management and boutique operations.
- Prior experience with an international company is essential.
- Proficiency in IFRS and accounting principles.
- Expertise in budgeting and reporting techniques.
- Advanced skills in IT applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP; Anaplan is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unpredictable tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong business awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.
A minimum of 10 years in relevant roles, including exposure to retail management and boutique operations, with mandatory experience in an international company.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; Master's preferred.
