- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, meeting and event arrangements, document preparation, and travel coordination.
- Assist in business functions such as creating presentations, drafting reports, accompanying on internal business trips, and liaising with headquarters.
- Coordinate events and manage special projects as required.
- Develop ad hoc projects to support media online exposure, client advisor training, and VIP network development, fostering the 'Italian' identity.
