Bvlgari Brand Marketing Projects Manager (Maternity Cover)

- Define, coordinate and maintain integrated project timelines, retro‑planning and key milestones for Brand Marketing initiatives across global and transversal teams.
- Manage and publish global Marketing and projects calendars, ensuring timely dissemination of project status and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and orchestrate the work of Project Managers and launch package teams to guarantee alignment with marketing plans and on‑time delivery.
- Develop comprehensive launch packages (toolkits), handbooks and newsletters; define content and structure to streamline execution and deployment.
- Administer and optimise the Marketing HUB platform to ensure stakeholders have access to required resources for plan implementation.
- Drive adoption and best practices for the integrated project management tool across global Marketing & Communication teams and local markets.
- Support the preparation of executive presentations and materials for high‑level institutional meetings and cross‑departmental reviews.
- Operate as a collaborative point of contact within the Brand Marketing team during project build‑up phases, promoting a one‑team approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, planning or program coordination, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and planning/retro‑planning techniques.
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English is required.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing global marketing launches; previous work in jewellery/watches or luxury fashion is a plus.
