- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail.
- Proven success in delivering event and promotional sales goals.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience collaborating with management to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Demonstrates personal accountability and results-oriented behavior.
- Strong communication skills, timeliness, and professional interaction with clients, peers, and management.
- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to maintain availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Self-motivated self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
