- Optimize production processes in collaboration with technical teams, identifying opportunities for transformation and addressing challenges.
- Lead projects from drafting specifications to operational team adoption, ensuring sustainable results and formalizing improvements.
- Standardize and continuously improve processes, including tooling and workplace ergonomics.
- Conduct effective technological surveillance and propose innovative solutions, managing projects for the integration of new technologies such as robotics and automation.
- Provide training to teams and actively participate in change management.
- Offer a clear vision to management regarding project prioritization and impact on performance, ensuring periodic follow-ups and leading project workgroups.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong passion for new production technologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships and synergies across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of robotics (e.g., UR).
- Interest in industrial programming (IEC::61131-3, Python, C++).
- Familiarity with SQL queries, Power BI, or CAD software (preferably Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD Electrical) is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
