1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve budget targets and monitor store KPIs.
2. Identify and leverage market opportunities to enhance store performance.
3. Develop and implement annual and quarterly store strategies in alignment with the VP of Retail.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to formulate and execute business plans.
5. Identify performance improvement opportunities and create actionable plans with corporate teams.
6. Manage personnel and discount costs in line with financial projections.
7. Analyze category performance and develop strategies with the Merchandising team.
8. Utilize reporting tools for informed business discussions.
9. Coach and inspire direct reports, preparing them for advancement.
10. Ensure consistent execution of Bulgari selling standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or luxury goods.
2. Proven managerial skills with the ability to develop and inspire diverse teams.
3. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Ability to learn and adapt to store operation software.
3. Strong relationship-building skills within the industry.
4. Awareness of local marketing and media landscapes.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or luxury goods, with proven managerial experience.
