1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve budget targets and monitor store KPIs.
2. Identify and leverage market opportunities for the store.
3. Develop and update annual store strategies in alignment with the VP of Retail.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to formulate and execute business plans.
5. Identify performance improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans with corporate teams.
6. Ensure personnel and discounting costs align with financial projections.
7. Analyze category performance and strategize with the Merchandising team.
8. Utilize reporting tools for informed business discussions.
9. Coach and inspire direct reports, preparing them for advancement.
10. Ensure consistent execution of Bulgari selling standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or related fields.
2. Proven managerial skills with a focus on team development and inspiration.
3. Ability to build industry-specific relationships and understand local marketing landscapes.
4. Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
