- Collaborate with the Store Director to promote the boutique's growth and uphold the brand image.
- Ensure optimal operational and merchandising standards are maintained.
- Motivate and lead the sales team, acting as the brand's representative in the Store Director's absence.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance client engagement.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and track related sales metrics.
- Monitor sales team KPIs and provide strategic interventions to meet targets.
- Enhance sales techniques and actively lead on the sales floor through guidance and client engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition to seize sales opportunities.
- Uphold Visual Merchandising (VM) standards based on brand vision and critical control points (KCPs).
- Train the sales team in leveraging CRM tools for sustained repeat business.
- Direct, inspire, and hold the sales team accountable for achieving KPIs and enhancing client relations.
- Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to the sales team on client interactions.
- Collaborate with HR to foster career growth and prepare the sales team for future roles.
- Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role, ideally in the luxury retail sector.
- Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strategic agility and an aptitude for leading and inspiring teams.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional business results.
- Ability to strategize, make rapid decisions, and implement practical business actions.
- Strong managerial background with a focus on nurturing and empowering diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of the local retail market, with skills in client development and establishing industry relationships.
- Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with retail software such as Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
