- Collaborate closely with the Store Director to drive boutique growth and enhance brand presence in the local market.
- Ensure optimal operational and merchandising standards are maintained.
- Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Represent the brand in the absence of the Store Director.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales team KPIs, providing strategic interventions to meet targets.
- Enhance sales techniques through active leadership on the sales floor and client engagement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand vision.
- Train the sales team in CRM tools to foster repeat business and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Direct and inspire the sales team, holding them accountable for achieving KPIs and enhancing client relations.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team, focusing on client interactions and service excellence.
- Collaborate with HR to support career growth and prepare the sales team for future roles.
- Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
- Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strategic agility and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional business results.
- Strong managerial background with a focus on team development.
- In-depth understanding of the local retail market and client development.
- Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with retail software such as Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Ability to strategize and implement practical business actions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
