Bvlgari Assistant Store Manager

- Own a designated product category: support the sales team to achieve category and store targets, manage related inventory and stock processes.
- Deliver against a personal sales target determined by store performance and sales volume.
- Maximise every selling opportunity and support ambassadors to create memorable, bespoke client experiences.
- Manage client issues and handle escalations, including customer complaints and service recovery.
- Directly supervise store sales staff and take responsibility for team performance, KPIs and individual development.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering training and coaching (product training, role‑plays, operations and systems training) and provide timely feedback to improve sales capability.
- Act as the store lead in the Store Manager’s absence: ensure operational continuity, safety, and adherence to merchandising and visual guidelines.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance; ensure the boutique remains immaculate and always reflects the brand image.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned to support store operations.
- Proven retail experience in luxury goods (watches, jewellery or comparable premium category).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and to coach a sales team to improve performance.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising standards and basic stock/inventory processes.
- Customer service orientation with experience resolving client complaints and service issues.
- Leadership aptitude with the capacity to deputise for the Store Manager and run the boutique independently.

Typically 3+ years in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role; prior experience in luxury watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
