Bvlgari Area Sales Manager

- Define and implement short-, medium- and long-term commercial strategies for business partners across the MEAI region, identifying growth opportunities and market entries/exits.
- Develop and optimise the partner network to ensure balanced, high‑quality distribution that protects brand equity while maximising sales potential.
- Set, monitor and deliver SI (sell‑in) and SO (sell‑out) targets across all multi‑brand points of sale; drive performance through regular analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular KPI and market performance reports; reconcile monthly sales and stock reports in accordance with compliance guidelines.
- Act as primary contact for partners: manage the full sales cycle (order collection, allocation, replenishment) and coordinate after‑sales processes.
- Design and deploy tailored partner activation plans, seasonal campaigns and product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
- Lead regional retailisation to elevate in‑store brand image: ensure best‑in‑class visual merchandising, assortment curation, in‑store experience and service standards.
- Deliver regular training and coaching to partner commercial teams to strengthen product knowledge, storytelling and brand advocacy.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wholesale/multi‑brand account management within luxury watches, jewellery or adjacent luxury sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving SI/SO targets and developing distribution networks for premium brands.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities with experience guiding cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate sales and inventory data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Superior communication, negotiation and presentation skills; readiness to travel across the region.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales, key account management or business development within luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion, including responsibility for multi‑brand distribution and partner management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or equivalent professional experience.
