Bvlgari After-Sales Services Project Manager

- Ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications.
- Act as the key liaison for all Watch Business Unit policies.
- Define and implement commercial policies aligned with market dynamics.
- Analyze pricing and service positioning, manage base price rules for spare parts and services, and ensure profitability of repair and distribution activities.
- Coordinate with Finance to guarantee consistency of global sales and margin flows and oversee the deployment of worldwide pricing structures.
- Oversee the annual update of pricing rules and contribute to the automation of price management processes.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, and After-Sales teams to create and maintain commercial policies.
- Participate in updating the AFSS section of Bulgari’s website and develop communication tools to enhance transparency and customer acceptance rates.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Project management expertise.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across departments and markets.
- Analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and rigor.
- Autonomous and result-oriented with the ability to design and execute action plans effectively.
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Finance, ideally with previous experience in the After-Sales Service sector and SAP.
Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
