Bvlgari Accounts Payable Assistant

- Process and verify purchase and non-purchase order invoices through Bulgari's Procurement Portal, IVALUA, and SAP S4 accounting module.
- Ensure accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders and secure appropriate departmental approvals.
- Execute timely processing of high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Perform monthly and annual supplier account reconciliations.
- Manage supplier master data setup and updates through Bulgari's Procurement Portal, IVALUA.
- Handle and resolve supplier and internal queries efficiently and courteously.
- Support the development and implementation of financial controls, including performing monthly reconciliations of Accounts Payables General Ledger Accounts and clearing/closing outstanding open items by posting journal entries.
- Review and approve travel expenses for compliance with Bulgari's Business Travel Policy.
- Process monthly supplier, intercompany, and ad-hoc payments, including business travel expenses.
- Maintain employee details within the Bulgari Travelling Tool and create assets/orders in SAP S4.
- Third-level qualification in Business or part-qualified Accountant/Technician.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
- SAP S4 experience or similar ERP system experience is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.
- Italian or French language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of conscientiousness and commitment to operational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated flexibility and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, especially for interactions with suppliers.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
Third-level qualification in Business or part-qualified Accountant/Technician.
