Bvlgari Accounting Assistant (Intern)

1. Process client accounting: inputting sales invoices, account follow-up, reconciliations (lettrements) and dunning actions where required.
2. Manage supplier accounting: capture and control supplier invoices, reconcile accounts and prepare payment runs.
3. Support treasury tasks: upload and reconcile bank statements and enter boutique cash transactions.
4. Maintain financial records: filing, archiving and documentation of invoices and accounting vouchers.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Management Control, etc.) to ensure accurate transactional recording and support month‑end activities.

1. Enrolled in or recently graduated from an accounting, finance or management programme (BTS, DUT, Bachelor's or Master's).
2. Fluent English (required); professional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Highly organised, autonomous and proactive with a pronounced sense of initiative.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
5. Comfortable working with standard office IT tools and spreadsheets.
