- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment in the Boutique.
- Support after-sales clients with solutions in line with Maison values.
- Assist ecommerce clients and handle phone inquiries for appointments and correspondence.
- Stay informed on industry news and competitive brands.
- Demonstrate knowledge of high jewelry and selling ceremonies.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through clientelling.
- Collaborate with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and follow-up on client data.
- Resolve client issues and escalated matters appropriately.
- Support in-store and off-site events to increase brand awareness.
- Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily Boutique set-up and breakdown.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Handle operational requests from Corporate Team.
- Maintain visual integrity of the boutique.
- Perform special projects as designated by management.
- High School Diploma; College degree preferred
- Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with logistics and operations
- Self-starter with a Team-Player approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience is preferred.
High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
Expected Salary Range: $24 - $31.25. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
