- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming boutique environment.
- Support after-sales clients with solutions aligned with Maison values.
- Assist ecommerce clients and manage phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and arranging correspondence.
- Stay informed on industry news and competitive brands.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of high jewelry, including unique pieces, to build momentum towards sales achievement.
- Cultivate new and nurture existing client relationships through expert clienteling.
- Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and follow up on client data using CRM tools.
- Resolve client issues and manage escalated matters appropriately.
- Support in-store and off-site events, developing community relationships to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, addressing maintenance issues.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Handle operational requests from the Corporate Team promptly.
- Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards for displays and boutique aesthetics.
- Perform special projects as designated by boutique management.
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Expected salary range: $24 - $31.25 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
