- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming boutique environment.
- Support after-sales clients with solutions aligned with Maison values.
- Handle ecommerce and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
- Demonstrate expertise in high jewelry, including unique pieces and selling ceremonies.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through expert clientelling.
- Partner with management and corporate teams on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and follow up on client data using CRM tools.
- Resolve client issues and escalated matters appropriately.
- Support in-store and off-site events, developing community relationships to enhance brand awareness.
- Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique setup, breakdown, and maintenance issues.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Handle operational requests from the corporate team in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual integrity and brand standards for boutique aesthetics.
- Execute special projects as designated by boutique management.
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
- Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred experience in luxury retail or hospitality sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of the luxury client experience.

Expected salary range: $24 - $31.25 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
