- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager to fulfill special client requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming boutique environment.
- Support after-sales clients with solutions aligned with Maison values.
- Handle e-commerce and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Stay informed on industry news and competitive brands.
- Possess extensive knowledge of high jewelry, including unique pieces, to enhance sales performance.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through expert clientelling.
- Collaborate with management and corporate teams on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and manage client data, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalated matters appropriately.
- Support in-store and off-site events, developing community relationships to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance issues.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure audit success.
- Respond to operational requests from the corporate team in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual integrity and brand standards for boutique displays.
- Execute special projects as designated by boutique management.
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary range of $28 - $35 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
