1. Achieve sales objectives and targets.
2. Develop and maintain a network of loyal clientele.
3. Attend social functions to generate new clientele and invite clients to in-store events.
4. Set up and dismantle window and in-store displays daily, ensuring products are securely stored.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and manage after-sales service processes.
6. Implement company policies and procedures, including security and consignment policies.
7. Educate clients on Buccellati's quality, standards, and product line.
8. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

1. Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury products preferred.
2. Strong understanding of clienteling and relevant experience.

1. Excellent computer skills.
2. Proficient communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Resilience, composure, and a positive attitude.
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
5. Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships.

Experience in luxury sales, particularly in fine jewellery, is preferred.
