Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives and targets
- Develop a network of loyal clientele
- Attend social functions to generate new clientele and invite clients to in-store events
- Set up and break down window and in-store displays daily
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on after-sales service
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Educate clients on Buccellati quality, standards, and product line
- Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store
Qualifications
- Previous experience in selling silverware or high-end luxury products is preferred
Skills
- Strong understanding of and experience in clienteling
- Excellent computer skills
- Resilience and composure with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
