- Manage sales transactions, returns and after-sales service accurately using point-of-sale procedures and maintain client records.
- Support inventory control, stock reconciliation and receipt processing to safeguard merchandise and maintain showroom readiness.
- Participate in boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; collaborate with the store team on promotional activities and client communications.
- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Professional presentation, discretion and the aptitude to engage High Net Worth Individuals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client confidentiality.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and flexibility for private appointments.

Approximately 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales, with demonstrable success selling to high-net-worth clients and managing private client appointments.
Secondary education diploma; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
