- Define, implement and maintain global retail standards and SOPs to ensure consistent boutique presentation and customer service across the Tokyo network.
- Design and deliver training curricula for boutique teams, including onboarding, clienteling, product knowledge and luxury service protocols; evaluate training effectiveness via audits and KPIs.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to assess visual merchandising, stock processes, client experience and compliance with brand guidelines; produce actionable reports for regional leadership.
- Collaborate with Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM and Inventory teams to optimise in-store clienteling, CRM utilisation and sales conversion strategies.
- Analyse retail performance metrics (sell‑through, conversion, average transaction value) and translate insights into targeted improvement plans for stores and sales teams.
- Lead boutique-level implementation projects such as store openings, seasonal launches and client events, ensuring operational readiness and brand-consistent execution.
- Coach boutique management on recruitment, talent development and performance management to elevate team capability and adherence to luxury service standards.
- Proven track record in luxury retail operations with demonstrated success improving store performance and service standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management or a similar role within high-end jewellery, watches or luxury accessories; experience in multi-boutique environments preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills, with experience delivering training and conducting performance assessments.
- Analytical competency with experience using retail KPIs to drive decisions and improvement plans.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally with merchandising, CRM and visual teams.

Five or more years of progressive responsibility in luxury retail operations or boutique management, with direct experience implementing retail standards, conducting audits and delivering training programs. Experience in high-jewellery or premium accessories retail is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
