1. Manage and update quality control documentation, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Support the Quality Control team in data collection and analysis related to inspections and compliance tests.
3. Coordinate the recording of non-conformities, monitor their resolution, and prepare periodic reports.
4. Assist in internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company processes.
5. Maintain and update ERP systems used for quality control, ensuring accurate entry of product specifications.

1. Diploma in economics, administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an administrative role within a Quality department, preferably in the jewelry and manufacturing sector.

1. Excellent document management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), ERP systems, and SAP.
3. Fluency in Italian; professional proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
4. Attention to detail and precision.
5. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

At least 2 years of administrative experience in a quality department, ideally within the jewelry and manufacturing industries.

Diploma in economics, administration, or related fields.
