Buccellati Production Coordinator Intern

- Support day-to-day coordination of production schedules across internal ateliers and external workshops to ensure on-time delivery of orders and collections.
- Monitor work-in-progress and finished-goods status; update production trackers and communicate deviations to production managers and stakeholders.
- Assist with incoming material checks and quality-control inspections, documenting non-conformities and following up on corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation including work orders, technical specifications, sampling records and shipping paperwork.
- Liaise with purchasing, design, quality assurance and logistics teams to facilitate component availability and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Contribute to production meetings, compile KPI reports and support continuous-improvement initiatives to optimise lead times and reduce rework.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in production/ERP systems and produce ad hoc reports for senior production staff.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Production, Jewellery Design & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in jewellery manufacturing processes and traditional goldsmithing techniques.
- Strong organisational skills with an aptitude for detail and document control.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams in a workshop environment.
- Proactive mindset with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight production deadlines.

- Production planning and order-tracking
- Basic quality-control methodology and documentation
Previous internship or practical experience within a manufacturing, atelier or production environment is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on familiarity with production workflows or sampling cycles; 0–1 year of relevant experience is acceptable for the internship level.
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion Production, Jewellery Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
