- Ensure the smooth execution of production activities and contribute to the management and procurement of departmental materials.
- Actively collaborate on projects involving the introduction of new machinery, production technologies, and the industrialization of new products.
- Serve as a technical reference for production activities through expertise in production cycles and process management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects for the creation of prototypes of new products, in collaboration with the Central Technical Department.
- Analyze quality data in collaboration with the Central Quality Department to manage continuous product and process improvement.
- Create and update product quality sheets.
- Work with the Central Technical Department to define product and process optimization for cost efficiency.
- Support safety initiatives as an ASPP, managing incidents and safety action plans.
- Manage continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
- Oversee periodic and extraordinary maintenance of machinery in the atelier.
- Analyze potential quality issues and develop resolution strategies.
- Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Technical knowledge of production processes.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP (PP, MM).
- Competence in interpreting laboratory analyses (metallography, hardness testing).
- Previous experience in watchmaking and/or jewelry is considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint).
