- Ensure the proper execution of production activities and contribute to the management and procurement of department materials.
- Actively collaborate on projects involving the introduction of new machinery, production technologies, and the industrialization of new products.
- Serve as a technical reference for production activities through expertise in production cycles and process management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to the creation of prototypes for new products, collaborating with the Central Technical Unit.
- Analyze quality data in collaboration with the Central Quality Department to manage continuous product and process improvement.
- Create and update product quality sheets.
- Work with the Central Technical Unit to define product and process optimization for cost efficiency.
- Support safety management, including handling incidents and safety action plans.
- Manage continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
- Oversee periodic and extraordinary maintenance of machinery in the atelier.
- Analyze potential quality issues and develop resolution strategies.
- Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Technician
- Technical knowledge of processes
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing
- Good knowledge of SAP (PP, MM)
- Competence in interpreting laboratory analyses (metallography, hardness tests)
- Previous experience in watchmaking and/or jewelry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical process knowledge

Previous experience in watchmaking and/or jewelry is considered a plus.
