Buccellati Process Engineering Specialist

1. Ensure the proper execution of production activities and contribute to the management and procurement of department materials.
2. Actively collaborate on projects involving the introduction of new machinery, production technologies, and the industrialization of new products.
3. Serve as a technical reference for production activities through expertise in production cycles and process management.
4. Participate in cross-functional projects related to the creation of prototypes for new products, collaborating with the Central Technical Unit.
5. Analyze quality data in collaboration with the Central Quality Department to manage continuous product and process improvement.
6. Create and update product quality sheets.
7. Work with the Central Technical Unit to define product and process optimization for cost efficiency.
8. Support safety management, including handling incidents and safety action plans.
9. Manage continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
10. Oversee periodic and extraordinary maintenance of machinery in the atelier.
11. Analyze potential quality issues and develop resolution strategies.

1. Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Technician
2. Technical knowledge of processes
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing
4. Good knowledge of SAP (PP, MM)
5. Competence in interpreting laboratory analyses (metallography, hardness tests)
6. Previous experience in watchmaking and/or jewelry is a plus
7. Strong interpersonal skills
8. Aptitude for data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)
