- Define and execute the Japan market marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand desirability and drive store and e‑commerce performance.
- Develop and deliver integrated communications programmes across PR, digital, social and content channels aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Lead press and media relations, cultivate relationships with key lifestyle and fashion editors, and manage editorial calendars and press materials.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, influencer and celebrity partnerships, and content production in collaboration with creative teams and agencies.
- Plan and manage local events, launches and client experiences — coordinating logistics, guest lists and on‑site brand presentation.
- Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring creative consistency, on‑brief execution and adherence to budget and timelines.
- Own budget planning and tracking for marketing and communications activities; produce KPI reports and post‑campaign analysis.
- Coordinate closely with regional and global teams to localise global campaigns and ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Mentor and lead junior staff or external contractors where applicable, fostering professional development and cross‑functional alignment.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications within the luxury goods, fine jewelry or high‑end fashion sectors.
- Demonstrable expertise in PR, media relations and integrated digital campaigns with a track record of measurable results.
- Strong project and budget management skills; experience briefing and managing creative and media agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished presentation capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with commercial orientation and sensitivity to heritage craftsmanship and luxury positioning.

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, ideally within luxury jewelry, watches or high‑end fashion; prior responsibility for local market planning and for managing agencies and budgets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline; advanced or specialised training in luxury brand management is a plus.
