1. Develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree communication plan aligned with Buccellati's global strategy to enhance brand awareness in the Middle East.
2. Manage and execute the PR and events strategy, including boutique activations, to support business objectives and enhance the Maison's exposure and image.
3. Collaborate closely with HQ, local teams, and external agencies to ensure regional adaptation and high client engagement.
4. Coordinate with local partners on all marketing and communication activities.
5. Prepare and manage the annual budget for PR, marketing, and communication activities in the region.
6. Develop and execute impactful local media and PR strategies in collaboration with agencies.
7. Plan and manage digital communications on local platforms and social media, increasing brand visibility and follower engagement.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with key editors, press, opinion leaders, and media agencies.
9. Plan and execute brand events and in-store promotions, ensuring alignment with budget and brand standards.
10. Implement clienteling programs and CRM strategies to enhance consumer retention and acquisition.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and communication, with a focus on the Middle East region.
2. Fluency in English and Arabic.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high accuracy.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
5. Cultural sensitivity and international awareness.

A minimum of six years in marketing and communication, specifically within the Middle East region, is required.
