1. Manage bill of materials (BOM) and document production flows through data entry in the PLM software.
2. Monitor technical information from various stages of the design and industrialization process.
3. Assist in the creation of product technical sheets for the relevant collection and verify data accuracy.
4. Liaise with external suppliers and internal ateliers to oversee prototype production and technical aspects, ensuring specifications are met within timelines.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing department to define measurements and sizes of creations.
6. Handle PLM-related tickets from other departments and supervise incident progress.

1. High school diploma in mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, or automation, or a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Architecture.
2. 1-2 years of prior experience in similar roles within the industry is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Basic knowledge of PLM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP.
2. Understanding of jewelry production flows and bill of materials is a plus.
3. Practical approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and ethical work approach.
5. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
6. Proactive, flexible, and eager to grow in a continuously evolving environment.

1-2 years of experience in similar roles within the industry is preferred.

High school diploma in a relevant technical field or a bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
