1. Support the implementation of health and safety standards, procedures, and best practices in compliance with legal requirements.
2. Implement HS&E Group Management Policies, Standards, and Guidance in alignment with the Local HS&E Management System, providing relevant training to all affiliate personnel.
3. Perform health and safety compliance evaluations and supervision, facilitating effective communication and training.
4. Develop and monitor Sustainability KPIs in accordance with ESG ratings.
5. Ensure accurate and timely health and safety reporting.
6. Arrange for HS&E audits, reviews, and inspections of the workplace.
7. Investigate and report all occupational injuries, illnesses, dangerous occurrences, incidents, and at-risk behaviors, providing findings and recommendations for preventive and corrective actions.

1. Master’s Degree in Engineering (specialization in Industrial Safety & Risk Engineering preferred) or Environmental Science.
2. Basic knowledge of HSE regulations; prior experience is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
