1. Assist in the management and enhancement of the website and e-commerce platforms.
2. Support bug fixing, application maintenance, and UX/UI improvements.
3. Contribute to the development and execution of the Online Store Management strategy.
4. Conduct benchmarking analysis on website strategies and content to provide business insights and identify future opportunities.
5. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on website performance and e-commerce sales.
6. Monitor key traffic KPIs using Google Analytics 4.
7. Perform ad hoc analysis on user experience and product assortment.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 is advantageous.
4. Experience with a CMS tool is beneficial.
5. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
6. Detail-oriented and rigorous.
7. Digital literacy.

Previous experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is preferred but not required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
