- Oversee the development and optimization of boutique performance and profitability.
- Ensure excellence in boutique operations and client service.
- Coach and develop the boutique sales team.
- Establish, maintain, and promote the Buccellati brand image and identity.
- Participate in boutique management and achievement of commercial KPIs.
- Train the boutique team on standard operating procedures.
- Manage stock, cashier operations, and ensure inventory integrity.
- Maintain the appearance and compliance of the boutique.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain profitability.
- Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Ensure sales growth and contribute to sales targets.
- Support the team in providing exceptional client service and product knowledge.
- Manage after-sales activities and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans.
- Perform supervisory functions to manage personnel effectively.
- Hire, lead, and advise the boutique team on projects and operations.
- Motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
- Conduct year-end appraisals and career development for boutique staff.
- 8-10 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
- Qualification in Gemology is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
8-10 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
