1. Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities within the atelier, ensuring the achievement of volume, quality, time, and budget objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Central Quality Department to implement and monitor rigorous quality control systems, ensuring each creation meets Buccellati's high standards.
3. Optimize production processes to enhance operational efficiency and manage costs, promoting continuous improvement.
4. Monitor production performance, analyze data and KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Supervise procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring availability and quality.
6. Oversee procurement from phase suppliers of semi-finished products, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with quality standards.
7. Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the atelier's plants and equipment.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations in collaboration with the Health & Safety department.
9. Ensure compliance with security regulations established by the Group and the Maison, collaborating with the central Security department.
10. Lead, motivate, and develop the atelier's team of artisans and operators, promoting a stimulating and excellence-oriented work environment.
11. Define clear and measurable objectives at individual and group levels, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
12. Organize shifts, holidays, and operational coverage to ensure production continuity.
13. Collaborate with the HR department in personnel selection, training, and evaluation.
14. Promote and maintain a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience managing production sites, preferably in the luxury jewelry and watchmaking sector or related high-manufacturing fields.
2. Thorough competence in artisanal production processes with a focus on quality and precision.
3. Knowledge of cantonal regulations regarding safety, hygiene, and environment is a plus.
4. Proficiency in production management IT systems such as SAP or ERP.
5. Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
