- Manage and optimize boutique performance and profitability.
- Ensure excellence in boutique operations and client service.
- Coach and develop the boutique sales team.
- Act as floor in-charge in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Oversee stock and cashier management, ensuring integrity and monitoring inventory and cash flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales growth and support the boutique team in achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate after-sales activities.
- Perform sales data and Retail KPI analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Retail Office.
- Identify retail weaknesses and develop actionable plans.
- Supervise and manage boutique personnel effectively.
- Lead and advise the boutique team on projects, tasks, and operations.
- Motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
- Act as a coach in operations, sales, and training.
- 8+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
- Qualification in Gemology is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel for training, client events, and conferences.
8+ years in luxury retail, preferably in the luxury jewelry or watchmaking sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Qualification or training in watches and jewelry.
