1. Develop and implement a structured process for managing repairs and after-sales issues to ensure timely, high-quality service.
2. Collaborate with local Richemont teams to manage relationships with external repair partners and suppliers, overseeing their performance.
3. Define a training path tailored to Buccellati’s specificities for craftsmen and repairers across different regions.
4. Establish and monitor KPIs related to repair turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and service quality, including the creation of a monthly repair dashboard.
5. Analyze after-sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.
6. Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Product Development, and Quality Assurance to ensure alignment with Richemont After-Sales platforms.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in after-sales management, with a preference for 5+ years.
3. Strong knowledge of the jewelry industry and the ability to design efficient workflows.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.

2. Familiarity with CRM and service management software.
3. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in after-sales management, preferably within the luxury jewelry sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
