- Analyze existing after-sales processes to identify opportunities for enhancement in service quality.
- Map the after-sales repair network across various markets and evaluate its performance and capabilities.
- Develop and implement structured processes for managing repairs and after-sales issues to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to repair turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and service quality, including the setup of a monthly repair dashboard.
- Analyze after-sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.
- Manage relationships with external repair partners and suppliers, overseeing their performance, including technical assessments and repair abilities, in collaboration with local Richemont teams.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to provide feedback based on customer experience and improve product quality.
- Work with the sales force and boutiques to collect issues arising from products or customer complaints to create a bridge with the central Quality team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement activities, with a focus on after-sales projects in a luxury environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of process optimization methods such as Lean and Six Sigma, with a focus on business performance analysis and management.
- Proficiency in ERP software and data analysis tools, including SAP and Power BI.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement activities, particularly in after-sales projects within a luxury environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
