- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Exceed CRM and retention targets.
- Achieve sales goals set by Store Management, contributing to team success.
- Utilize the Client Book to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the customer base by networking and building contacts.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, reporting any issues or risks promptly.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM specialization is advantageous.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
At least 3 years of experience in a sales position within a luxury brand.
