- Contribute to team goals set by the Store Manager
- Create and develop positive relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals
- Utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand potential customer base
- Gather information about market trends, events, and competitors’ activities
- Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards
- Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks
- Experience in a sales position
- Fluent in English, a second language is a plus
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday season

Experience in a sales position is required.
