Brioni Sales Advisor

- Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Exceed customer relationship management and retention targets.
- Utilize the Client Book to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Expand the potential customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
- Experience in a sales position.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.

Previous experience in a sales role is required.
