- Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and customer retention goals.
- Utilize the Client Book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
- Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitors’ activities and products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
- Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing potential issues and risks.
- Experience in a sales position.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.

Previous experience in a sales position is required.
