Responsibilities
- Contribute to team goals set by the Store Manager.
- Create and develop positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
- Utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
- Gather market information on new trends, events, competitors’ activities, and products.
- Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and company.
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
- Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales position.
- Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience Requirements
Experience in a sales position is required.
Job Benefits
Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday season.
