Brioni Sales Advisor

- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from first contact through departure, acting as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and effective use of the Book of Clients/CRM.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, KPIs and client retention objectives.
- Identify, recruit and cultivate new clientele via a cultivated network (hotels, private shoppers, concierges, tour operators) to generate measurable business.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory levels.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts, follow up on findings and implement inventory controls per company procedures.
- Maintain the Bespoke/MTM area to a high standard: refresh fabric books, preserve key garments and ensure bespoke visual merchandising standards are consistently applied.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and local events to inform commercial actions.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues and broader company teams to drive store performance and deliver a cohesive client experience.
- Minimum three years' sales experience with a luxury fashion or high-end menswear brand.
- Fluent English (spoken).
- Strong knowledge of men's formal wear and high-end fashion; familiarity with bespoke/MTM processes is an advantage.
- Proven clienteling and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work within a multicultural team and adapt to brand standards and procedures.
- Physically able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods; available to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and peak festive season.

At least three years of direct luxury retail sales experience, preferably with menswear, formal tailoring or made-to-measure services. Proven track record meeting sales targets and developing high-value client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in fashion, retail or customer service are advantageous.
