- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team goals as set by Store Management.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of men's formalwear.
- Familiarity with the high-end fashion industry.
- MTM specialization is beneficial.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
A minimum of 3 years in a sales position within a luxury brand is required.
