1. Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience and fostering long-term client relationships.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling.
3. Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4. Expand the customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
5. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
6. Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company team.
7. Implement stock management procedures in line with company standards.
8. Uphold Brioni's standards and procedures, addressing potential issues and risks promptly.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
4. Specialization in made-to-measure (MTM) is a plus.
