- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Expand the customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company team.
- Implement stock management procedures in line with company standards.
- Uphold Brioni's standards and procedures, addressing potential issues and risks promptly.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- Specialization in made-to-measure (MTM) is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
At least 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on clienteling and achieving sales targets.
