Brioni Sales Advisor

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and exceed CRM and retention goals.
- Contribute to achieving store targets and KPIs through teamwork.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the customer base by creating and cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market information on trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing potential issues and risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and the high-end fashion sector.
- MTM specialization is an advantage.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
At least 3 years of experience in a sales position within a luxury brand.
