1. Collaborate in drafting, editing, and updating training materials for ready-to-wear and accessories collections, including product sheets, presentations, video tutorials, and technical insights.
2. Support the implementation and content management on digital e-learning platforms and utilize gamification tools.
3. Assist in the logistical organization of product training sessions, including physical masterclasses and in-store sessions.
4. Contribute to the initial monitoring and analysis of training effectiveness.
5. Manage the archiving and organization of training documentation.

1. Academic background or brief experience in training, communication, or fashion/luxury.

1. Strong interest and passion for products, particularly fabrics/materials and sartorial techniques, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, and major digital communication tools.
3. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Knowledge of graphic/video editing tools such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) or e-learning platforms is advantageous.
5. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; Italian or a second language is a plus.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with remote and international teams.

Previous experience, even brief, in training, communication, or the fashion/luxury sector is preferred.
