1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency liaison, and conducting interviews.
2. Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution, card orders, and IT device coordination.
3. Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
4. Manage invoices by collecting signatures and submitting them to Finance.
5. Archive employee documents effectively.
6. Provide support in counseling managers and employees.
7. Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
8. Support employee relations issues.
9. Contribute to the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
10. Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
2. Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
3. Fluency in English is required.
