Brioni HR Intern

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency liaison, and conducting interviews.
- Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution, card orders, and IT device coordination.
- Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
- Manage invoices by collecting signatures and submitting them to Finance.
- Archive employee documents effectively.
- Provide support in counseling managers and employees.
- Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
- Support employee relations issues.
- Contribute to the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Capability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-development oriented.
- Sense of ownership.
Previous experience in a similar position, particularly within the Retail/Luxury sector, is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or similar is preferred.
