Brioni Store Manager

- Translate annual sales targets into weekly and daily objectives for team members.
- Implement strategic actions based on business opportunities, including dedicated training sessions and sales targets.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and CRM strategies in alignment with headquarters.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring effective induction and ongoing training.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through engaging activities and leveraging clienteling tools.
- Ensure a customer experience that reflects the brand’s values and fosters engagement.
- Monitor staff behavior and KPI achievement, providing coaching and development plans.
- Plan and schedule team resources to ensure optimal floor coverage.
- Manage stock effectively with a focus on sales.
- Oversee operational activities such as couriers, store cleaning, and postage, optimizing cost and resources.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve company goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- At least 5 years in a managerial position in luxury boutiques
- Knowledge of high-end fashion and current trends
- Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategies
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within luxury boutiques is required.
