HR Intern

1. Support the recruitment process by creating job requisitions, managing applications, contacting agencies, and conducting screenings and interviews.
2. Assist in onboarding programs for new employees, including badge delivery, card orders, and IT device arrangements.
3. Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
4. Manage invoices by collecting signatures and submitting them to Finance.
5. Archive employee documents.
6. Provide counseling support to managers and employees.
7. Support organizational and culture change initiatives.
8. Assist in employee relations issues.
9. Contribute to the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
10. Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.

1. Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury sector is a plus.
2. Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or similar is a plus.

2. Strong computer skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
3. Good knowledge of the high-end fashion field is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury sector is a plus.
