1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency liaison, screening, and interviews.
2. Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge delivery, card orders, and IT device coordination.
3. Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
4. Manage invoices, including signature collection and submission to Finance.
5. Archive employee documents.
6. Provide support and counseling to managers and employees.
7. Contribute to organizational and cultural change initiatives.
8. Assist in employee relations issues.
9. Support the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
10. Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail/Luxury sector is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail or Luxury sector is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or similar is a plus.
