Brioni HR Intern

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency liaison, screening, and interviews.
- Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge delivery, card orders, and IT device coordination.
- Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
- Manage invoices, including signature collection and submission to Finance.
- Archive employee documents.
- Provide support and counseling to managers and employees.
- Contribute to organizational and cultural change initiatives.
- Assist in employee relations issues.
- Support the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail/Luxury sector is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.

Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail or Luxury sector is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or similar is a plus.
