1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency coordination, and conducting interviews.
2. Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution, card orders, and IT device setup.
3. Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
4. Manage invoice processes, including signature collection and submission to Finance.
5. Archive employee documents.
6. Provide support in counseling managers and employees.
7. Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
8. Support employee relations issues.
9. Contribute to the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
10. Manage time attendance for EMEA boutiques.

1. Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
2. Master’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
