Breguet Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to prospects and established customers in the boutique, guiding them across Breguet’s collections and technical complications.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and CRM updates to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and closing techniques appropriate to haute horlogerie.
- Ensure boutique presentation, merchandising and stock control meet brand visual and security standards; coordinate with store management on inventory and replenishment.
- Support after‑sales processes and liaise with service teams for warranty, maintenance and repairs while preserving confidentiality and customer trust.
- Participate in in‑store events, launches and brand activations to amplify local presence and cultivate high‑value relationships.
- Proven retail experience in luxury goods; prior experience with watches or jewellery strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets in a high‑end retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical watchmaking concepts in accessible terms.
- High level of discretion, reliability and professionalism when handling high‑value products and clients.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and selected events.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury brand management or related fields is advantageous.
