Boucheron Treasury Accounting Manager

- Supervise a team member in the treasury department.
- Monitor euro and foreign currency bank accounts.
- Ensure accurate accounting of financial flows in both euros and foreign currencies.
- Manage supplier reminders and treasury operations for boutiques, including payment receipts and customer refunds.
- Maintain banking relationships and liaise with operational teams regarding supplier advances and payment proofs.
- Prepare and execute bi-monthly payments of supplier invoices, expense reports, and intercompany debts, ensuring validation by authorized signatories.
- Verify foreign supplier bank details for payments and manage currency transactions (buying/selling).
- Develop monthly cash flow forecasts and reconcile treasury accounts with the group (cash pooling).
- Prepare monthly treasury reports for the group.
- Respond to group inquiries related to treasury and optimize treasury processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment with high transaction volume.
- Previous management experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as INFOR and Excel.
- Familiarity with BNP NetCash and ADYEN software is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar treasury accounting role within an international setting, with experience managing high transaction volumes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting.
