- Develop and implement the training strategy for Europe in collaboration with the Retail Excellence Manager, International Training Team, and Market Directors.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all training sessions in the region according to headquarters guidelines and regional commercial strategy.
- Adapt training to the specific needs of the region using appropriate formats.
- Evaluate and communicate future training needs.
- Adjust the training strategy as needed based on the evolving context and regional needs.
- Assess the impact of training by analyzing key performance indicators and gathering participant feedback.
- Prepare and deliver all training modules for retail employees in the region.
- Support sales teams with customer satisfaction, client retention, cross and up-selling, and negotiation tools.
- Ensure mastery of sales discourse across all product lines through practical activities.
- Support and accompany commercial teams in preparation for Maison events and VIC Care.
- Ensure the quality of training through individual and personalized follow-up.
- Manage the administrative and budgetary aspects of the training activity.
- Confirmed experience of 6 years in the luxury sector and at least three years in training roles.
- Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of luxury codes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills: passionate, inspiring, pedagogical, persuasive, empathetic.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills in an international and multicultural context.
- Business and client-oriented.
- Critical thinking, teamwork, curiosity, and agility.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6 years in the luxury sector with at least three years in training roles.
Frequent travel within Europe.
