Boucheron Training Manager Europe

- Develop and implement the European training strategy in collaboration with the Retail Excellence Manager, International Training Team, and Market Directors.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all training sessions across the region in alignment with headquarters guidelines and regional commercial strategy.
- Adapt training programs to meet the specific needs of the region using appropriate formats.
- Evaluate and communicate future training needs.
- Adjust the training strategy as necessary based on evolving regional contexts and needs.
- Assess the impact of training programs by analyzing key performance indicators and gathering participant feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver training modules for retail employees to become ambassadors of Boucheron.
- Support sales teams with commercial challenges such as customer satisfaction, client retention, cross-selling, and up-selling by providing tools, training, and support.
- Conduct role-playing and other practical activities to ensure mastery of sales discourse across product lines.
- Support commercial teams in preparing for Maison events and VIC Care initiatives.
- Serve as the regional reference for sales teams on Maison messages, including history, collections, and sales ceremonies.
- Customize training tools to local specifics and align training schedules with business needs.
- Provide personalized follow-up on training received to define development paths for team members.
- Train Area Managers to act as training liaisons for wholesale teams.
- Oversee administrative and budgetary management of training activities, including regular reporting and budget tracking.
- Manage the Boucheron e-Learning platform for Europe, ensuring effective usage and engagement.
- Establish and manage the annual training budget for Europe in collaboration with the Retail Excellence Manager.
- Handle monthly budget tracking and accounting processes, including invoice management and financial reporting.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the luxury sector, with at least 3 years in training roles.
- Experience in the jewelry sector is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of luxury industry codes.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic abilities in an international and multicultural context.
- Business and client-oriented mindset.
- Critical thinking, teamwork, curiosity, and agility.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
A seasoned professional with over six years in the luxury industry and a minimum of three years in training roles, ideally with experience in jewelry.
