- Develop and standardize global recruitment processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across all regions.
- Train HR recruiters and managers in using Workday.
- Promote Boucheron employer branding globally to attract top talent.
- Manage the onboarding experience for new hires at a global level, continuously improving programs based on feedback and KPIs.
- Manage the international Talent Development department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support organizational development.

- Graduated from University or Business School.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent development or a related HR role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital HR systems (Workday).

- Adaptability and cultural awareness.
